Rebecca Maranville

Rebecca Maranville is the Director of Operations at Mosaic Asset Partners, where she focuses on the firm’s operational infrastructure and client service strategy to help ensure a seamless and positive client experience. She is passionate about creating structure, elevating efficiency, and designing processes that support both the firm’s long-term growth and the clients it serves.

With more than 17 years of experience in the financial industry, Rebecca began her career in the Financial Management Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center before studying Finance and Marketing at the University of Maryland, College Park. She later transitioned into wealth management with Smith Barney in Washington, DC, now Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Mosaic, Rebecca worked for 13 years with a North Bethesda-based advisory firm, where she refined her expertise in operational leadership, process design, and supporting a consistently high-touch wealth management experience.

Having lived in San Francisco, California, and Houston, Texas, Rebecca is grateful to be back home in Maryland, where she enjoys running along Baltimore’s waterfront, attending local sporting events, and spending time with her family.
