Administrative Assistant
Clare Walston
Clare joined the Mosaic team in January 2026 and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant. In her role, she manages administrative responsibilities on behalf of the team to support daily workflows and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our clients and guests.
As a Baltimore native, Clare is excited to continue building her career in her hometown. She graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Russian Language and Literature. Previously, she worked as an Archaeological Field Technician before transitioning into administrative roles. Outside of work, Clare enjoys playing with her dog, paddleboarding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends.
